The player is going to have to grind a lot of Crucible matches for the MIDA Multi-Tool Catalyst to drop. While the clan bonus may not exist there’s still a strong case to be made for joining a clan. While the odds are better at Glory Rank 4 Mythic players may be better off grinding Glory Rank 3 Fabled if they have trouble winning consistently. That being said it will only appear with a successful win. Obviously the higher Ranking you can play at the better off you are for the MIDA Multi Tool Catalyst to drop.
